Constructed in a lightweight waterproof polyurethane laminate fabric.  Features include:

*  Optional elastic leg loops - to help hold the back down
*  Hole opening for leash attachment
*  Hood that covers the ears, without obstructing view. Can be folded back
*  Cool and funky prints
